Ingredients:
- 10 boneless Crappie Fillets
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt (Can use Season Salt.)
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Oil for frying
Mix meal with salt and pepper,dredge fillets in meal,fry in hot oil about 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Sauce:
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Chipotle peppers (canned)
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1/2 teas. salt
- 1/2 teas. pepper
10 corn tortillas.Heated in hot skillet until soft.(30-45 seconds)(NOTE: Can use hot soft flour tortillas.)

Toppings :
- 1 package of shredded cabbage, or lettuce.
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped onion.
- 1 package of your favorite shredded cheese.
- 1 diced tomato.
